Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise job sites
• Schedule vendors, sub-contractors, and booked customers
• Communicate with the sales team to discuss project details and plan of execution
• Keep record and track costs associated with each project
• Collect payments from customers
• Develop new relationships with additional vendors and subcontractors to grow our production results

Qualifications

• Must have a desire to serve people
• Must be able to multitask
• Must have high attention to detail and retention of knowledge
• Must be able to communicate details clearly to customers, sales team, sub-contractors, vendors
• Must be able to problem solve
• Must work well with a team and independently
• Some knowledge of Spanish is desirable
