Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting high-end homeowners and business clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

  • Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies and goals.
  • Track and report sales metrics, identifying areas for growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in concrete/construction is a plus).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with the South Metro Atlanta market is preferred.
  • Some knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
